Tenants must be at least 20 years old and must have an International Driver's License (IDP) or a valid driver's license under Thai law.
2. Maintenance
The Tenant is responsible for all maintenance and repair expenses incurred during use of the vehicle. These include, but are not limited to, batteries, tires, wheels, chains, brakes, engine oil, and other consumables. Engine damage caused by use outside the typical road driving range shall be reimbursed based on actual repair costs. The Tenant is also liable for any damages incurred during use, including tire punctures, exterior damage, loss or damage to the rental items or any items provided.
3. Payment and deposit
All rental fees must be paid in full before the vehicle is delivered.
The deposit is as follows.
Small motorcycles: From 5,000 baht
Large motorcycle: 7,000-15,000 baht
Depending on the mutual agreement, you can also leave your passport instead of a deposit.
If it is confirmed that the vehicle has been returned to normal, the deposit will be returned. Any unpaid expenses such as late fees, repair fees, parts replacement fees, damages, and labor costs will be deducted from the deposit. If an additional amount is incurred after the deduction, the lessee shall pay the full amount and shall be deemed to agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4. early return
Refunds are not possible for any reason, even if the vehicle is returned early or the tenant is not satisfied with the vehicle even though the vehicle is in normal operation.
5. Accidents and responsibilities
Any repair costs and damages caused by accidents, illegal activities, or improper use of the vehicle shall be borne in full by the lessee, without objection, in accordance with the store or the amount calculated by the designated maintenance company. The lessee is responsible for any repair and replacement costs incurred from the time the vehicle was delivered to the time the vehicle was returned.
6. Driver restrictions
The vehicle may only be driven by the lessee or a person who has been pre-approved by the company. The lessee shall be liable for any damage, loss or other consequences caused by the driving of a third party. Any breach of this contract shall be deemed to be a breach of contract and shall be liable for damages determined by the company.
7. Business hours and late fees
Business hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Any out-of-business vehicle acquisitions or returns must be booked in advance. If you exceed the return time specified in the contract, you will be charged a late fee from 200 baht per hour.
8. Accessories
All free accessories must be returned with the vehicle. Loss, damage or non-return, including helmets, helmet parts, cell phone holders, top boxes, gloves, chargers, etc., will be charged.
9. legal responsibility
The responsibility for any legal issues, fines, costs and damages arising from the use of passports or inappropriate documents without a valid driver's license lies entirely with the Tenant.
10. Vehicle status
All vehicles are subject to pre-inspection prior to delivery. The lessee ensures that the vehicle has been delivered in good condition and is responsible for maintaining it properly for the duration of the rental. The lessee shall bear the cost of repairing any damage or problems, including tires, brakes, various oils, accessories, cell phone holders, helmets, etc.
11. Insurance

12. Restrictions on Vehicle Use
Rental vehicles can only be operated on ordinary roads. Circuit driving, racing, willy (including stoppies) and stunt driving, off-road driving, overloading, commercial use, and driving vehicles across borders are all prohibited.
