RENTAL GUIDE

Motorcycle Rental Terms and Conditions
  1. Identification: Renters must present an original passport, ID card, Thai driver's license, or foreign/international driver's license (valid) upon rental. Copies will be made and returned.
  2. Age Requirement: Renters and drivers must be at least 20 years old.
  3. Payment and Deposit: On the rental start date, the renter must pay the full rental fee and a deposit. The deposit starts from 2,000 Baht for small scooters and 5,000 Baht for larger bikes. The deposit must be paid on the day of the contract and can be made in cash or via bank transfer.
  4. Helmets: The rental motorcycle includes two helmets. Additional new helmets can be purchased, and our company also sells helmets.
  5. Extension of Rental Period: Renters must notify the rental company of their intention to extend the rental period before the expiration date. Failure to do so may result in the infringement of the renter's rights.
  6. Maintenance During Rental: The rental company is not responsible for tire punctures or other damages, and damages due to engine failure are excluded. The rental company operates a maintenance shop and conducts basic checks before releasing the motorcycle. The driver is responsible for repairs for any issues that arise during operation.
  7. Collection and Return of Motorcycle: Renters must collect and return the motorcycle at the rental company's office. Additional fees may apply for collection and return services outside the office. If the renter is located nearby, we offer a service to deliver the bike to the accommodation for long-term rentals.
  8. Insurance: The rental fee includes insurance as per the Motor Vehicle Accident Victims Protection Act. First-class insurance is available as an optional service.
  9. Property Restrictions: Renters may not transfer the motorcycle to others without the rental company's consent. In the event of a breach of this contract, the renter assumes all responsibility.
  10. Driving Restrictions: Renters must drive only on good roads, and driving beyond the limits specified in the contract is not permitted.
  11. Theft Precautions: Renters must use security systems and properly lock the motorcycle when parking. In the event of theft, the renter is responsible for costs based on the age and condition of the motorcycle.
  12. Notes: Insurance does not cover loss or damage to the rented motorcycle or external property. Renters must thoroughly understand the insurance terms before signing the contract, as insurance only covers personal medical treatment. Insurance fees are determined according to separately specified conditions.
  13. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for early returns or cancellations due to the renter's circumstances. Please make a careful decision before signing the contract.
In the event of an accident resulting in damage to the motorcycle, the contract will be canceled, and early return may occur regardless of the rental period, depending on the severity of the accident. If a replacement motorcycle is desired, the renter must pay the cost and sign a new contract. For reservations, a full refund will be provided if notified at least three days before the rental date. Refunds requested after this period will not be honored (including refunds on the day of rental due to rain). Schedules can be changed, so please inform us in advance for any changes.
